    Producer - LDN Full Time

    The ideal candidate is organized & pro-active, a go-getter who understands the importance of communication and structure. Hands-on production experience is required and a knowledge of 2D cel pipelines preferred. You’ll be coordinating between creative staff teams in London and New York as well as international freelancers. 

    Hours: 9AM-6PM London / Monday - Friday

    • Plan and manage productions from award to delivery, including calendaring, staffing, tracking and client management.

    • Collate and oversee postings and deliveries, making sure all assets meet quality controls and adhere to company standards.

    • Create and maintain schedules, tracking of tasks and progress. Ensure all deadlines are met.

    • Bidding and budget management for a range of commercial and branding projects. Ensure all projects meet financial goals.

    • Manage the flow of assets and information/feedback between disciplines and team members. 

    • Assign and track tasks using our in-house project tracking tools. Ensure creative team are fully briefed and working to appropriate timelines.


    • 3+ years prior experience in producing for post-production, animation and/or live action.

    • Effective and self-motivated communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

    • Have strong time management skills with the ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Able to organize and track large amounts of information.

    • Be a collaborative and dynamic team-player who is able to work with many different types of personalities.

    • Must hold the right to work in the UK.
